The PJ College of Art and Design or also known as PJCAD is a design-focused college and a part of one of the largest private education group in Malaysia, the INTI International University & Colleges. It is one of the most established art and design institute of higher education having been producing countless graduates over the years.

The college is involved mainly in the art and design education sector where it has collaborated with many industry practitioners, bringing about some of the most relevant and industry-ready courses to students from both the local and international fronts respectively.

The underlying philosophy of the education system offered by PJCAD is in its 3Es of art and design which are to expose, explore and experiment. Students in PJCAD are constantly encouraged and guided to think innovatively and creatively while realizing their full potential in their respective areas.

Communication is an important element in the courses delivered in PJCAD where the students are called on to express themselves in their own ways and based on the European model of education practiced by PJCAD. Students are educated through the basics of design all the way to the practicing stages where they are guided through a very hands-on approach.

PJCAD mainly offers diploma programmes where the students are able to further their studies to a wide range of partner universities around the world affiliated with PJCAD. The courses here come with a 3 year duration where the students would have to undergo a compulsory 3-months industrial placement programme.

This will ensure that the students are aware and exposed to what the industry is like and expects of them which will help them in securing better opportunities after graduation. It is through integration and collaboration with industry partners like these that makes the courses in PJCAD unique and valuable to the graduate.

Courses that are offered in PJCAD are Diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Interactive Multimedia & Animation Design, and Fashion Design. Apart from that, students can also enrol in courses in the areas of Fashion Technology, Industrial Design as well as Design Management and Innovation.
