The 1Malaysia Contemporary Art Tourism 2011 or MCAT 2011 is an effort by the Ministry of Tourism and the brainchild of its minister, Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen which is a 3 months long event set to bring in more visitors and tourists through contemporary art of Malaysia.
