The National Visual Arts Gallery is hosting a group collaboration show entitled Escape from the SEA. This show is organized by the gallery together with Art Printing Works and the Japan Foundation. This show is curated to bring 14 artists together from Southeast Asia where they will present their respective styles to showcase themes of identity, politics and other issues across the borders in the attempt to answer the question ‘What is Southeast Asia?’.
