The Galeri Petronas in Suria KLCC will be hosting a remarkable exhibition which will offer a new insight into art and architecture. The show runs from 7th March to 12th May 2013 which will be entitled Foster + Partners: the Art of Architecture. This is a show which continues form recent successful ones that were held in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
The Art of Architecture, as the name suggests will bring about an interpretation of art through the lenses of architecture which means that the viewer will be looking at art that involves the likes of high-rise buildings, architecture, history, culture and such.
In fact, there will be certain development projects which one might associate with like the IB Tower and the Arcoris Mont Kiara which are new projects by the architect firm. On top of that, there will be structures that are already known like the 2007 Aga Khan Award for Architectures Petronas University and The Troika while works that have been undertaken in other parts of the world that include Abu Dhabis eco-city in Masdar, the Swiss Re HQ in London and others will be showcased too.
This is quite a unique show as it not only showcases the finished works but how the entire process are carried out and an insight into how those involved in the studio come together.
