The Soka Gakkai Malaysia will be hosting the 24th Asia Watercolour Painting Alliance Exhibition 2012 at their buildings ground floor from the 10th to 25th November 2012. The event will essentially be showcasing some of the best watercolour paintings among artists around the region which is organised by Soka Gakkai Malaysia and The Contemporary Malaysian Watercolourists Association. The show will kick-off at 3.00pm on the 10th of November 2012 at the Exhibition Hall of the Ground Floor in Wisma Kebudayaan Soka Gakkai Malaysia and this would be a great event for art lovers to immerse in some of the most remarkable watercolour works from the likes of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand as well as in Chinas Tianjin, Yunnan, Shanghai as well as in Malaysia.
This would be the 8th year that the Asia Watercolour Painting Alliance Exhibition is being held and this time it will be hosted in Malaysia. The Asia Watercolour Painting Alliance was set up in Korea back in 1986 when the 10th Asian Games was hosted there. Since then, there has been 23 exhibitions which have been organised in several cities which were aimed at promoting and popularising watercolour art around the region as well as to enhance the cultural experience among people here.
