One of the new art spaces in the Klang Valley, Artemis Art is hosting a group art exhibition entitled the Circus Exhibition which is held at the new gallery in Publika @ Dutamas. The Circus Exhibition is a show featured by the Cracko Art Group and is the result of a first-time collaboration between Artemis and Penangs ChinaHouse, where the Circus Exhibition was recently held.
The Cracko Art Group, which is also known as CAG is made up of a group of young artists from Sabah and the surrounding region who bring with them a collection of different art form and styles and for this show, it will include works from 15 artists namely Alex Fong, Anddy Romeo Dulait, April Tsen, Ashly Nandong, Aye Axe, Cracko, Flanegan Bainon, Harold Egn Eswar, Aks or Irwan Azman Awang, Lybby IIiyas, Nofie.J, Taco Joe and ZK Teo. Among them, Harold Egn Eswar works were seen at the Emergence show at Artemis recently. This would be a rare opportunity to witness some of the unique artworks of Malaysian artists who are creating waves not only in East Malaysia but also in the country as a whole. It will be an interesting show that will demonstrate the different art styles and showcasing the fusion styles of traditional and contemporary art forms respectively.
