Artemis Art will be hosting a group exhibition entitled Paint With Me which will run from 19th May to 31st May 2013. This follows the success of the collaboration with Tutti Art Club last year which was organized by artist Tan See Ling in the show entitled Pieces of Joy.
This time around, Artemis Art will be hosting yet another collaboration with Tutti Art Club which will be showcasing the works of 3 artists and their mothers. The 3 artists are under the tutelage of See Ling who are Fitri Raslan, Luqman Hakim and Zahra Nakhjavani.
Zahra and Fitri are no strangers to the show as they were involved in the Pieces of Joy show last year as well. A collection of their works will be featured where they will exhibit their unique styles and techniques.
To commemorate Mothers Day which is celebrated in the month of May, the gallery will be showcasing the works of the artists and works from their mothers as well. Hence, it would be interesting to see the juxtaposition of mother and child where there will be works by Aida Lim who is Luqmans mother, Leili Sedaghiani, Zharas mom and Fitris mom, Revina Junus. The show will be officiated by the Principal of Seri Mawar Childcare and Development Centre, Dr Irene Leow.
