The City Art Gallery is hosting a solo art exhibition by self-taught Penang artist Ong Choon Hoo. For decades now, artists from the northern region has been putting up some of the best watercolor paintings and Choon Hoo is set to continue this legacy through his fourth solo show of some sceneries which are extremely scarce in the modern day.
