David was the first photographic artist in Singapore to have been awarded with the Cultural Medallion, the top arts award in the country for his works in this art form while he is also the president of the PSS (The Photographic Society of Singapore). He travels extensively where he captures what he sees and most specifically in the different aspects of ageing, one which is considered to be often overlooked.
His works are done with much delicacy where he respects the privacy and permission of those he photographed in which he ensures that he knows them better in order to capture the essence of the people. There will be other related programmes and events which will be held in conjunction with the show where he will be giving a talk as well as guided tours.
