The Maya Gallery is a modern and contemporary art gallery in Singapore. It aims to use contemporary art to connect people, focusing on culture and heritage. The Maya Gallery represents both local and regional artists where it offers the space for practitioners to showcase their works, connecting to a wide range of viewers.
Shows and events
Throughout the year, Maya Gallery hosts various group and solo art exhibitions. Besides that, the gallery keeps track of the art scene across the region with presence in countries like Malaysia and Hong Kong. On top of that, Maya Gallery participates in international art fairs and expos including the Art Expo Malaysia, the Bank Art Fair Hong Kong, the Affordable Art Fair Singapore and the Singapore Contemporary. The gallery first opened its doors in 2012 by Jeffrey Wandly and his wife Masturah Shaari when it was at Kampong Giam before moving to its current location.
