The Raffles College of Higher Education Kuala Lumpur or RCHEKL is a member of the Raffles Education Corporation which is the largest private education group operating in the Asia-Pacific. It was formerly the LaSalle International Design School which was established in Kuala Lumpur in 1994, four years after it was first set up in Singapore.
