The Artiseri Gallery in Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur is hosting a group photography from the 18th of March 2014. The show is entitled Limitless: The Unseen which will be depicting some of the most remarkable photos that transcend culture and travel and other elements from the lenses of the photographers.
This exhibition will showcase the works of 5 Malaysian photographers namely Arif Abu Bakar, Abbi Kanthasamy, Dr Kamil Salem, Mazlim Husin and Nazmi Raman.
The exhibition spreads across several countries and includes shots that are normally not seen from the human eye. That includes the photo of a sape craftsman from the rural areas of Sarawak as captured by Dr Kamil Satem. The piece is entitled Sape Craftsman and Aficionado which captures Matthew Ngau Jau who is one of the most renowned Sape players in the world who has performed this traditional and cultural instrument around the world.
And then there are the works of Nazmi Raman and his ingenious and exciting shots using his unique effect and color play which are among the artworks on show in Limitless: The Unseen, referring to some of the most common practices that are now seen or experienced in todays fast moving society.
