The UOB Painting of the Year is back! This year, there will be 2 categories available which are the Established and Emerging Artist categories respectively. The winning artist for the former will win USD25,000 cash and an interview to stand a chance to join the month-long Fukuoka Asian Art Museum residency program. Other prizes include:
- Gold Award: USD10,000
- Silver Award: US8,000
- Bronze Award: USD5,000
As for the Emerging Artist category, prizes include:
USD3,000 for the Most Promising Artist of the Year Award. Other prizes include:
- Gold Award: USD2,500
- Silver Award: USD1,500
- Bronze Award: USD1,000
