The Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery is hosting a group exhibition entitled The Fine Art of Fabrics. The show will involve the artwork of 3 very prominent Malaysian artists. They are the late Datuk Syed Ahmad Jamal, Sivam Selvaratnam and Fatimah Chik which seeks to integrate the areas of fine and applied art and showcase the best of both disciplines as one integrated body of work. The show was officiated by Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali the wife of former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
