If you are in the mood for laugh, good news as the PJ Live Arts Center @ Jaya One in Petaling Jaya will be hosting the PJ Laugh Fest 2011. Tagged to be Bigger! Better! Bunnier!, this is where you get a full month of comedies, stand up comedies, humour and lots of fun from our local artistes and comedians alike. Starting on 28 April to 5 June, there would be almost nightly shows at 8.30pm.
The first show to kick things off is God of Carnage with ticket prices at RM60 for adults 18 and above while Students and Senior citizens pay half the price. There will be 8.30pm shows on 28th – 29th April, 30th April, 3 rd – 6th May and 7th May. Meanwhile on 30 th May, 1st May, 7th May and 8th May will have 5pm shows. Shows will run for 1 hour 30 minutes with no intermission. The concept of the show is a comedy play by renowned artistes Lina Teoh, Will Quah, Maya Tan, Megat Sharizal and the story is a tale of 2 families who are meeting to discuss the misdemeanours of their respective sons.
