All you photography lovers out there, make a date this June 23 to June 28 where you will can appreciate some of the best photography works on display at the Wisma Kebudayaan Soka Gakkai Malaysia.
This is the dates of the 30th Malaysia International Salon of Photography Exhibition 2012 where it will be held at the 7th Floor of the SGM Exhibition Hall. The opening day of the show is on Sunday, June 14 at 11.00am and it will then be on daily until 6.00pm.
The event is co-organized by Soka Gakkai Malaysia and the Photographic Society of Malaysia or PSM
This show comes around bi-annually and it would be your best chance to appreciate some of the best photographic works from all over the world. As with the usual Malaysia International Salon of Photography Exhibition event where photographers around the world congregates and share views and contemporary techniques in this art form, the exhibition would be the main attraction. They will be classified according to different genre like techniques and subject of interests while divided into groups like electronic imaging, nature division and others.
Apart from that, you can also view the works which won the awards and selected ones while there would also be other activities and related events held in conjunction with this historic event. Among them is the Photo Slide Show which will take place between 1pm to 2pm on the opening day at the Multipurpose Hall on the 6th Floor of the building and admission is free.
