Galeri Seni Mutiara will be hosting a sculpture exhibition by Claudia Manperl between 13th January 2013 and 3rd February 2013. This show will feature the works of one of the most renowned sculptors around where her fluid works and flawless sculptures have been seen in many parts of the world, engaging its viewers into her unique expressions and interpretations in her body of work.
The show will be graced by the guest-of-honour Dato Dr Tan Chong Siang at the Armenian Street space on the 13th of January 2013 where it will then continue on until early February. This would be an exciting showcase of the works of this renowned sculptor with works that are mainly made from bronze with patina that are thought-provoking and truly mesmerizing for the art lover.
Her career in art has brought her to places like Spain, the United States, and England while she has also participated and won competitions like the 2000, XX Art Contest organized by the Association of Painters and Sculptors of Spain. Apart from that, Claudia was the finalist in the Latin American Artists of the OPCI Organisation of Journalism and Communication in 2007 as well as being involved in several benefits and programmes including the 2010 Art for Haiti in Barcelona.
